Your mission You will be joining a steadily growing company – a leader in the interactive voice response and voice solution market. You will be in charge of the documentation of the voice and telephony software and applications. That will include · Writing and maintaining of user manuals, admin manuals and installation manuals, primarily in german language · Production and editing of graphics such as screenshots, flow charts, and structure diagrams · Design of the outgoing materials according to the Clarity-CI-Guide · Close cooperation with the development and professional services team You bring · Excellent command of German language (in writing) · Excellent command of English language (in writing) · Professional IT knowledge · Technical Writer work experience · Experience in writClarity (www.clarity-ag.net) is the leading independent provider of software-based computer telephony products in Europe.
