• More than 16 years of experience in the sale of spare parts and services of a Service Center for repair and maintenance of special machinery (forklift trucks with internal-combastion engines and electric forklifts, stackers, reach trucks and other handling equipment from well-known manufacturers such as BT, Toyota, Linde, Still, Jungheinrich, Crown, OMG, Hyster, Yale, TCM, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, etc.). My duties included direct communication with clients, telephone consultations, work with claims and objections, trips and business visites in Ukraine and abroad, participation in tenders, negotiations, visits to customer sites with service teams for diagnostics and technical problems solving, selection of spare parts and equipment repair.

• An experience in close cooperation with foreign partners (business correspondence and telephone communication), including technical advice, organize deliveries of spare parts and stock equipment from abroad, and monitoring these processes at all stages - prior to shipment of goods to the end customer.

• A skill in using English-language technical documentation (service and mintenance manuals and spare parts catalogs - including those with specialized OEM software) for diagnosing, selecting and searching for replacement spare parts, repair kits, units and assemblies.

• An experience of participation in launching into the market and promotion a high-tech products from the companies such as Crown Equipment Corp., Trelleborg Wheel Systems and EnerSys Corp.

• Practical experience of the company's foundation "from scratch" and business management with the number of employees to 20.

• Knowledge of basic accounting document management, practical experience with primary documentation (invoice, power of attorney etc.) and bank statements, payments, including foreign invoices payments, work with 1C and Client-Bank software .

Useful skills:

• Driving experience - category B driving license since 1997 (Audi, Fiat Doblo, VW T5)
