Contract manager

Xerox (www.xerox.ua) 2010 – present

Management of outsourcing contracts (field of office printing): from calculation and approval of business cases, approval of text of the contracts, deployment (ordering equipment, installation, configuration, etc.) and operational management, and ending with the signing of additional agreements on expansion and resigning.

Achievements:

• Agreed to cooperate with new service companies, thus creating the basis for our own regional network of service contractors. Today, Xerox is a leader in outsourcing of print infrastructure. One of the reasons for this success is the extensive network of service partners.
• Launching and support of projects with all-Ukrainian structure.
• I support contracts at the planned margin level.

Managing director

Electroimport (www.elim-ua.com.ua) 2004 - 2010

Managing the company, that sells electrotechnical equipment for industrial and home users.

Achievements:

• Created а new direction from scratch: voltage stabilizer;
• Launched this product to the market – our company was a game maker in this field in Ukraine.
