Особисті якості, хобі, захоплення, навички: • Designed heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and refrigeration systems, air-duct system layouts, and plumbing system layouts. • Calculated thermal loads of buildings and heat exchangers using HVAC Load Explorer, Trace 700, designed the plumbing tubing systems using PlumbingCAD Viega, and designed the sprinkler systems using AutoSPRINK VR8 simulation software. • Designed mechanical parts, mechanisms, and machines. • Designed transmission gear box and chains, and compared the design methods using the American standards in SAE and ASME data base relying on “Black” and “Shigley” text books, in comparison with the Russian design methods and standards relying on Russian text books. Obtained accurate results in both methods and recorded the results from both methods in curve fitting diagrams. The Parabolic and the Cubic Spline fitting curves produced the most accurate and best experimental correlations of design characteristics. • Performed 2D and 3D Auto Cad, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks (Gant Chart for Project Animation), Solid Works, and CATIA engineering graphs with complete geometric dimensions and tolerances. • Performed Finite Element Analysis FEA using COSMOS. • Good practice of ADINA software program for finite element analysis of structures, CFD, and fluid flows with fluid-structure. • Programmed codes using Basic, Fortran, Java, Prolog, C/C++ programming languages. • Used Matlab software to obtain solutions of linear and non-linear simultaneous equations, and to obtain response signals of control systems, curve fitting analysis, and other numerical analysis techniques. • Theoretical and experimental (lab) studies of electronic circuit design, using transistors, diodes, and operational amplifiers • Wired and repaired electric windings, and repaired motors and pumps. • Welded metallic joints using different processes such as Oxy Fuel Gas welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), and Shielded Metal Arc Welding • Soldered and brazed copper tubes. • Quality Analysis skills from laboratory work in destructive stress-strain analyses were conducted on brittle and ductile materials.
