• Analysis the various sources of input to come up with the most probable activity forecast. • Revises with GeoMarket segment and OFS Management, activity forecast as often as necessary with the option of multiple what if scenarios • Responsible for Planning of the activity 16 fracturing fleets • Control area asset acquisition in accordance with the capital expenditure budget. • Monitor the area equipment utilization and depreciation expense, and ensures that they are in line with the company's quality and financial goals • Leads GeoMarkets CAPEX planning both FTE and NFTE (infrastructure planning) • Plan to ensure that sufficient equipment is available to meet contractual requirements and forecasted activity • Job planning and scheduling, including follow up with the client/rig on final job timing • Short and long term resource planning • Manages and is in charge of ensuring that all resources are properly tracked • Ensures the utilization is optimized of both personnel and assets in compliance with Schlumberger, WS, and legal local policies, standards, and procedures • Oversees equipment assignments based on job needs, balancing against preventative maintenance needs and availability • Ensures that equipment and people are set up for jobs with sufficient time to allow for crew briefings and convoy meetings including 3rd party movements. • Ensures best practices for crew size, multiskilling, and personnel sharing are implemented • Assists the management team in the planning for and carrying out of equipment acquisitions or divestitures • Escalates any resource shortages or operational risks to the Well Service Geomarket Manager
