Details: I attempted to start my own business up with someone I graduated university with, this included everything that comes with starting up a new business. Including business plan, financing, financial forecasting, and the core duties of running the business. It was based in game design. My responsibilities for this was 3D modelling and art side of the business. I was able to complete all my relevant tasks, but due to my business partner unable to hit his own personal goals and targets, the project hit a brick wall.

Details: I began working here at January 2013 working as a temp for an agency inside M&S bank. As part of my core duties in this department I dealt with customers, providing good customer service, and servicing their savings and loans accounts. After 6 months within this job, my skills as someone who is knowledgeable about computers was noticed and I became in charge of IT support within my department.
This included, troubleshooting and problem solving of issues, raising faults further to the IT department if I was unable to fix the issue, installing new computers and aiding in general trouble shooting issues with software. I have experience with remote desktop assistance and giving tips in how to use software packages if they are unable to do a certain thing.
I had been given more duties, now auditing for the department I worked in, ensuring that all procedures was being followed. I had picked this up extremely quickly and had to achieve a basic understanding of new software packages in a short timeframe to complete these additional duties. My work was reviewed and I had made 0 errors on any audits.

Details: I have currently started working for level 3 communications and already made an impression inside the department with a high professional phone manner, technical knowledge and strong work ethic. I pick up things very quickly and easily, and inside this job it has cemented my passion for providing IT support. In my current job it is not as technical as I would like it. And I am attempting to aim for a career providing IT support and working up the career ladder
In this position my primary duties are raising faults for users that are having issues with things such as routers, circuits going hard down, handset issues etc
