- Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contact for US-inbound non- immigration/ immigrant cases. Maintain internal documentation as required for immigration and visa purposes.
- Support end-to-end green card process (PERM, I-140 and I-485), non-immigrant cases (H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B) and other related visas required for US employment. Conduct internal I-9 audits on a regular basis. Act as the subject matter expert for immigration and ensure full compliance with immigration laws.
- Supporting of LCA process, including posting and removing LCA notices and printing certified LCAs for signature. Participating in recruitment stage, correspondence with applied candidates, creation of based version of recruitment report, collecting all proof documentation and keep it in compliance.
- Coordinate and track team JIRA files, update of reports, upgrade Jira with new possibilities for better monitoring and better understanding of process by all the participants.

- Create and accurately maintain documents and files for all work visas, permanent residence cases and other immigration matters and act as a resource for the immigration team, foreign nationals and outside legal
- Counsel for general information and workflow process.
- Stay current on emerging legislation, requirements, and forms and assess impact on policies, procedures and employees.
- Assist international employees in compiling the necessary documentation for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas to ensure accurate completion for visas including Specialty Occupation H-1B, Intra-Company Transferee L-1 and Permanent Residence applications for Green Cards.
- Monitor all international hires’ immigration status to ensure timely collection of required documentation (i129s/I94/I9 workflow).
- Prepare offer letters for relocation under L1, Accurately complete I-9. Support the pre-employment process: create offer letters and NDAs, perform background checks, communicate with appropriate departments to provide necessary items such as workstations, company phone, phone extensions, business cards etc.
- Regular work with financial systems (constant communication with managers, budget owners, financial team for supporting of normal finance process that is connected to immigration. Creating of requisitions and orders in Oracle.
- Provide consultations, guidance and solutions regarding international assignment lifecycle, immigration and relocation issues as it pertains to GM.
