Our client — a world-leading manufacturer of cleaning and clearing vehicles is looking for a Operations Professional (Supply chain specialist).

Professional skills:

Experience (3−5 years) in working with supply chain and suppliers in a production environment
Experience with Microsoft AX and preferable D365
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
High level Business English in both oral and writing.

Responsibilities:

Procurement

By use of our ERP system, analyze material availability, maintain & update supplier master data in the ERP system.
Maintain and update order confirmations in Ax.
Expediting, the application of pressure on suppliers to get them to either meet the original delivery promise or to deliver ahead of schedule
Manage purchase orders including tracking, checking of content, ensuring cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand.
Support on collecting material certificates and checking we have received the needed from our suppliers.
Communicate to relevant stakeholders any delivery/supply constraints according to plans.
Processing of daily purchase requests in compliance with internal procurement rules.
Escalation to Strategic Purchase regarding supplier performance issues related to on-time delivery, master data issues (commercial), quality etc.
In collaboration with the colleagues, secure best-in class processes and procedures in order to achieve most efficient flow in operational procurement.
Drive and take ownership of own data related to Visual Factory meetings/reporting.
Participate and support Strategic Purchase in the Supplier Relationship Management process to secure suppliers are an asset supporting TLC and innovation.
Ad hock tasks for Operations management.
