Project:
Our client is a nice and easy going startupper from Norway. His multi-vendor marketplace of biofuel has started from 2016 and gained traction all over Norway and Finland. Now his business is growing — new types of products and new European markets.
At the moment our company cover product management and development. Our goal is to become a key partner and take responsibility for marketing and customer support as well. Therefore, the client will delegate all operations and will focus on business development.
Required Skills:
1. Two or more years of experience as a BA / Product Manager / Project Manager in IT-domain.
2. Strong communications skills, setting the direction in negotiation with the client.
3. Client’s business needs understanding and their communication inside the team.
4. Able to create high value and high readability requirements specification.
5. Experienced in creating User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
6. Able to support the development team with domain knowledge.
7. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
8. Upper-Intermediate English.
Nice to have Skills:
1. Technical education: math, computer networks, etc.
2. Experienced in E-commerce projects.
3. Experienced in pre-sale requirement analysis.
4. Experienced in Jira Confluence, Figma.
5. UX/Usability principles understanding.
6. Knowledge of business processes notifications and modelling (UML, BPMN).
7. Understanding technical details of software development (iOS, Android, Web).
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the process from idea to implementation.
2. Requirements elicitation/clarification with client.
3. Generate ideas and ways to achieve the client’s business goals.
4. Write specifications in the format of User Stories.
5. Update system documentation.
6. Organizing and performing grooming and planning sessions.
7. Clarifying priorities.
8. Communicating status and blockers.
9. Tight collaboration with the development and design teams;
10. Demonstrate deliverables to the client and other stakeholders.
