Business Development Manager
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Business/economics professional to join a new Start up Business.
You will be working in the regional office of a Biogas, alternative energy development company who are setting up a new business in Ukraine. You will be responsible for growing and developing new business; and for supporting innovation in new product and services.
In this role we expect from you:
- Sales strategy for local accounts including driving, coordinating and executing selling and relationship activities
- Building a detailed understanding of the local Biogas markets
- Communicating and creating compelling high-quality proposals independently.
- Establishing and maintaining executive relationships with clients to become their trusted solutions advisor.
- Working on all levels commercial activities.
- Daily sales work
- Project development
- Document handling
- Search and attraction of investors, working with banks to get loans
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good level of English Language.
- Proactive, curious, high-energy, results-oriented, reputation for getting things done
- Consultative sales experience, with track record of building excellent client relationships, and offering value added solutions and sharing insights
- Strong communicator with executive presence and sales acumen (including knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close)
- Leads by example and recognized as team player
- Proven ability to learn and understand technology
- Industry knowledge in one or more of the following, desirable but not essential: financial market, Banking, Energy technology, Environmental Energy.
- Experienced user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
