Business Development Manager / Lead Generator
Particles Global is the IT startup which provides outsourcing services, focused on the markets of Europe, the USA and Australia.
We are looking for a Business Development manager to join our team of professionals.
Must have skills:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in IT industry (lead generation; business development; sales department)
- English knowledge
- Experience in systematic, analytical work
- Strong organizational skills
- 100% readiness to improve business English
- 100% willingness to grow professionally
- Money orientation
- Positive thinking
- Persistence
- Curiosity ☺
It will be a plus if you have:
- Good spoken English
- Experience in CRM
- LinkedIn Network of 500+ connections
- Understanding of computer software industry in general
- Experience in marketing
Responsibilities are, you’ll have to:
- do the research of the IT market;
- generate leads via: LinkedIn, Angel, other channels;
- be focused on the work processes;
- conduct correspondence with numerous potential clients;
- set up phone/skype calls with potential clients;
- work in the CRM in a proper, efficient way;
- develop new ways of the search process;
- provide weekly reports in the set format;
- stay positive and goal oriented ☺
