FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsors teams in the Premier Leagues and regional championships. From 1999 our mission is to create a service that makes watching sports events spectacular, and the impression of the game — unforgettable.
We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will be the liaison between our company and our clients. You will closely interact with Portuguese-speaking customers (online chats and calls), handling incoming requests and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements:
- Fluent Ukrainian or Russian or English and Upper-Intermediate or Advanced Portuguese.
- You are positive, attentive and easy-going.
- Disciplined, punctual, diligent and responsible mindset.
- You are a fast learner and can multitask.
- No matter what experience you have — we will teach you everything. The key here is your readiness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming chats/calls from customers and advising on the site and our products (we will teach you all the details in 2 weeks);
- Creating a friendly environment when dealing with clients;
- Communicating with clients following a customer-oriented approach in resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction;
- Internal documents translation.
