Our client is one the biggest FMCG company in the world!
Position: CATEGORY MANAGER, U1273-VG
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Landscape definition
- Identify Customer/Category/Shopper Opportunities
- Build Category Management plans and tactics to address the opportunities.
- Plan the implementation and tracking
- Post analysis and next steps
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of experience in related area (category development/management, sales, insight, commercial etc.)
- At least 2 years of Category Management experience, preferably with a leading FMCG company
- Previous experience managing a direct report
- Experience of working for, or with retailers to deliver tangible results
- Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical category solutions. Ability to set a compelling vision and motivate others to deliver and execute
