Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Contact Center Specialist with knowledge of Hebrew, Contact Center team in Lviv.

Main responsibilities:

Accurately and timely respond to customer inquiries;
Provide required information using available resources;
Follow up calls where necessary;
Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices.

Main requirements:

University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/International relations/Philology;
Good analytical skills;
Good listening and communication skills (excellent written skills);
Good time management skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of English (Upper-intermediate: spoken and written);
Knowledge of Hebrew (Fluent: spoken and written).
