US-based e-commerce company is looking for a remote full-time Customer Service Agent to join our team.We are looking for a well-organized person with a positive attitude to provide professional and friendly service.
Minimum requirements:
English level — upper intermediate or fluent;
Self-organization and communicative skills;
Attention to details;
Quick learning;
Ability to work 9 to 5 EST (evening /night time comparatively to Ukrainian)
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Making calls to check if the customer is satisfied with the product Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the required information
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
