UKEESS Software House is looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team for the full-time position in Lviv.

About our project:

Our project is a system that simplifies and efficiently manages processes in 200+ healthcare organizations in the USA. The cloud-based platform uses a blockchain type of mechanism that connects all entities associated with a provider with the same real-time data collection, which is automated, updated, easily accessed, and securely protected.

The technology stack of the project:

TS/RestApi/NodeJS/NestJS/GraphQL/AWS/MySQL

Along with a team of highly skilled professional engineers, your duties will be:

● Creating and updating processes to load and transform data from different sources (files, API, other databases ) using ETL tools;

● Data extraction, preparation, cleansing, and import to DB using ETL tools;

● Building ETL processes for storing clean and correct data for clients;

● Analysis of existing data solution to find ways to improve and to correct logic in the existing code (SQL, ETL, reporting);

● Working with Databases, writing queries, creating reports;

● Working with the development team to resolve open issues;

● Working in a Scrum team;

● Permanent communication with the customer’s team from the US side.

Requirements:

● Basic knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools;

● Knowledge of SQL (MySQL, MS SQL, Azure);

● Advanced MS Office user (esp. Excel);

● Ready to work with challengeable tasks;

● Responsible and attentive to details;

● High level of learning capability;

● Upper-intermediate level of English

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

It will be a plus:

● Experience with BI tools: Pentaho, Tableau, etc;

● Experience with data migration, data warehousing, sourcing, and maintaining;

● Experience with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), Git, Docker;

● Knowledge of scrum methodology/experience in the Scrum team.
