Are you a digital marketing expert passionate about technology, fast business growth and startups? Would you like to refine and execute the digital content strategy of Startupmetrics in order to generate awareness and leads as well as increase the company’s SEO ranking in the Swiss market? Startupmetrics is a young consulting company and promises startups and SMEs to increase their value in the eyes of investors and clients. Our three main services consist of 1) an intelligent KPI system that aligns team members to their company’s objectives, 2) finding suitable investors and preparing the startups for investor meetings, and finally 3) perform startup valuations and due diligence for startups or investors.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Startupmetrics’ marketing activities
• Generate leads for Startupmetrics’ three key services
• Plan, execute and optimize Startupmetric’s brand, communication and content marketing strategy related to services provided on its webpage, LinkedIn and social groups
• Identify trends related to Startupmetrics’ services and create content to publish on its webpage, LinkedIn and relevant social group in a timely manner
• Improve Startupmetrics’ SEO ranking for keywords that generate leads

Requirements

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• You develop outbound marketing campaigns and can pave the way for automation
• Understanding of SEO leading the SEO/content strategy
• Using Google Analytics to identify audience insights and develop meaningful metrics and dashboards
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns desirable
• Bachelor / master’s degree in marketing or a related field and/or proven working experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent written and oral skills in English;
• Persuasive, positive personality with can-do attitude
