Job Description
Electronic and complex PCB Designer ResponsibilitiesTo take the full responsibility on the design of high-level PCB, from component selection to production line transfer, including schematic and layout.
Tasks- To prepare duly/properly organized schemes for partner’s review;
- To manage BOM according to production and obsolescence;
- To create multilayer layouts (up to 30 layers);
- o Impedance control
- o LVDS up to 50 Gbit/s
- o To control and command stages and deadlines
- To manage analogous, digital and RF areas;
- Follow-up of subcontractors and components procurement;
- Transfer on the production line;
- To debug and measure own achievements;
- To contribute to the team’s efforts to achieve Soc Creatiu’s goals.
Job to be developed in-company (Sóc Creatiu, Andorra) and in-partnership (international partners).
Standard time table: Monday to Friday from 09 :00h to 13 :00 and 15 :00 to 19 :00h (CEST).
Professional and personal qualities A good knowledge of PCB, materials and technologies- A comprehensive scientific knowledge/understanding of fast signal, EMC and RF;
- A comprehensive knowledge/understanding of PADS (Mentor Graphic);
- Proven experience: 5 years
- Professional level of English (written and spoken);
- Flexibility (for travelling abroad)
- Open mind and interested on cross-cutting technology projects.
