The "Kharkov-Recruiting» Company (www.kharkovrecruiting.com) specialized in recruiting highly qualified staff, in the interests of the Client (IT Product Company) looking for Head of Sales Department (Sales Director).
Requirements:
-Sales experience on foreign enterprise level markets over than 5 years;
-Experience of construction and implementation of sales strategies;
-Experience of managing team;
-Excellent speaking, writing English skills;
-Willingness to business trip.
Responsibilities:
-Organization sales strategy development;
-Manage a team for direct sales of products to customers on foreign enterprise level markets;
-Conduct of negotiations, conclusion of contracts;
-Monitoring implementation of sales plan, assigned to the Sales Department;
-Organization, planning and control of the Department.
