Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Location: International (Ukraine) 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our high-performance team for building and expanding the business. The ideal candidate will build a technical team from scratch and help in developing Human Resource strategies

Skills Required:

1. Should have prior 5+ years of experience in Tech hiring and IT industry
2. Excellent decision-making skills
3. Critical thinking skills
4. Strong computer skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Sound judgment
7. Attention to detail
8. Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development, and best practices.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (eg structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
8. Compose job offer letters
9. Onboard new hires
10. Conduct job and task analyzes to document job duties and requirements
11. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
12. Creating an environment of open communication
13. Hiring and retaining talent for the organization at the right cost
14. Creating and approving budgets for all the departments
15. Helping make the payroll of the company
16. Organize learning and development programs
