Project Description:
Most of Dev-Pro projects are created using the next programming languages and technologies: JavaScript, .NET, Ruby, Python, Objective C, Java. So usually our recruiting team looks for Intermediate and Senior specialists with these technical skills. We open a new office of Dev-Pro in Dnipro and need to expand our team with highly-skilled and enthusiastic Recruiter.
Important things you may be interested to know about our team:
- We don`t perform HR functions: Recruiting and HR departments are separated in our company
- We do understand how complicated is to hire Intermediate or Senior people, that`s why we have various refferal programs, are open to creative recruiting ideas and do our best to promote the company inside IT community
- We care about our Recruiters, and we`ll be happy to help you in your professional growth and education
Role Description:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Negotiating with potential candidates, carring out pre-screening and set up interviews with candidates
- Managing interview and test task completion by candidates
- Reporting and gathering statistics on all recruiting processes
- Improving recruting processes
- Representing Dev-Pro Company at various conferences and other external events
Required skills:
- 2+ years experience in IT recruiting
- Understanding of software development company functioning
- Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
- Wide network and good understanding of Kharkiv IT community
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle multitasking effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Upper Intermediate English
Desired skills:
- Experience with Zoho CRM
- Business correspondence skills
