UKEESS Software House - Ukrainian IT software development company, specializing in big cloud enterprise projects: health, biotech, logistics, CRM systems, fin-tech, etc. Now our team is more than 100 talented Engineers (Software, testing), and this number continues to increase every month.
And right now we are looking for an IT Recruiter for our office in Lviv.
As a member of our team, you will do the next:
Proactively build candidates’ pipeline through a network of potential candidates.
Searching for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels and recruiting tools.
Screen candidates CVs and job applications
Providing a high-quality interviewing process and identifying candidates’ career drivers and personal motivation to move forward in the recruitment process.
Responsible to coordinate candidates from a job offer stage until they join the team.
Enjoy meeting new people.
Our ideal candidate will have the next skills:
At least 1+ years of experience in an IT recruitment industry
A clear understanding of main IT technologies for Back-end and Front-End parts of development, Testing, etc.
Strong knowledge and experience with several searching channels and tools.
Experience to work with well-designed ATS.
The data-driven approach of hiring.
Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate’s onboarding.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written.
