Looking for an experienced Manual QA to join our fun and energetic team!

Our client is an American photography, photography products, and image sharing company, headquartered in San Francisco.

The project itself is a mobile app and a website that enables users to create personalized photo gifts (including photos and text) such as smartphone cases, photo books, wall art, and home decor. As of 2019, the company serves 10+ million customers with 26+ million orders per year, and hosts more than 50 billion photos on its photo storage platform.

You will be working fulltime in a friendly environment, with nice opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:

  • 0.5-1.5 years of commercial experience in software testing;

  • Experience in different types of testing: black box, gray box, functional, exploratory, regression, sanity, UI/UX testing;

  • Experience working with following tools and systems: Charles, Android Studio, iTools, Firebase;

  • Practical experience in creating test documentation (test cases, checklists etc.);

  • Basic understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP Networking, Client-Server Architecture;

  • Knowledge of organizational principles of software development;

  • Responsibility, ability to learn quickly, teamwork experience;

  • Strong ability to locate and describe the problem, attentiveness to the details;

  • English: Intermediate or higher.

Would be a plus:

  • Hands on experience in mobile applications manual testing (both iOS and Android);

  • Basic knowledge of XML, JSON;

  • REST API testing experience using Postman and Swagger;

  • Team management experience;

Duties:

  • Covering requirements with test cases with application of various test design techniques;

  • Collaborating with the development team and customer;

  • Issue investigating/reporting.
