BSI Lifestyle, international travel and concierge agency, with head office In London, searching for ideal candidate to fill the position of BSI Lifestyle Manager to join the team in Kyiv.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicating with Clients, receiving Clients' requests
- Provide high-end luxury service directly to Clients
- Building positive relationship with Clients
- Working closely with operational team
- Awareness in luxury lifestyle management
- Searching and analyzing information in luxury lifestyle segment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in concierge/travel luxury segment 1-3 years
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Flexible and proactive
- Ability to take responsibility and act accordingly
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, time management
- Good oral and written communication skills, networking
- English upper intermediate, is a must
- Experienced PC user (MS Office)
- Ready to stay connected 24/7
The Successful Applicant:
- Ability to operate independently with guidance and support from the management team.
- Has good soft skills with ability to communicate at any level.
