International Sales Manager
Location Ukraine, Kiev
Pay Range 11 000 + Commission
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for reaching sales targets, distributor and retailers development in sales, promotion of product, and management of performance metrics to benchmark standards of distributor and retailers in Whirl’s Export business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Product Sales Support:
Liaison between Whirl Company and its distributors/retailers internationally.
Provide sales targets for distributors/retailers and monitor performance metrics.
Assist distributors/retailers in the development of an annual business plan designed to achieve or exceed the annual target levels.
Develop and provide training for distributors/retailers and their personnel; Training to be provided through seminars, plant visits at the customer locations.
Address distributors/retailers issues and concerns as required and/or develop action plans to resolve issues and concerns through assignment to other Whirl company team members.
Searching for international exhibitions
Ability to meet or exceed all assigned sales targets and profit margin targets
Additional Duties:
Develop and maintain healthy, professional and productive relationship with distributors/retailers personnel.
Communicate & share lessons learned to improve distributors/retailers performance to benchmark standards.
Provide pricing assistance to distributors/retailers as necessary to meet competitive situations while maintaining required gross margins.
Ability to deliver high quality and accurate work on a timely basis, work within deadline driven environment;
Sales Manager to communicate and coordinate with the Sales Staff on distributors/retailers initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of sales efforts.
Sales Manager will regularly communicate with the Region Parts Manager and Field Service Representative(s) to ensure prompt resolution of service issues maximizing customer service support and satisfaction levels.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Extensive travel required
English speaking upper intermediate
Thorough knowledge of Whirl business segments, products and systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills are required.
Strong negotiation skills.
Maintain and foster positive interactions with co-workers and distributors/retailers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook; CRM system
Experience in sales
Education and/or Training
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive experience working in sales-based company environment desired
Technical Sales experience desired.
Knowledge of foreign languages required
Work Conditions
Office work.
Meetings and overnight travel with stays in hotels.
International travel.
