We are looking for a person with:
We are currently looking for a driven Product engineer for Automotive business
Education/Experience: Degree in engineering
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Engineering Environment
Advanced English
The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader, as the Product engineer you will be the part of responsible for new product introductions, contact with the Customer, in same time providing accurate work content on Production Flow, control the process of manufacturing products (FGs).
The responsibility covers everything from;
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Contact with the Customer
- Analyze operational data — production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules (BOM, product requirements)
- Preparation of relevant documentation (WI, ERP)
- ECR, ECO processes
- Develop new processes and implement them in production by lean manufacturing
- Control the process of manufacturing products for technologies for high accuracy and quality.
- Monitoring of production
- Quickly resolve issues and problems in production deviations
- Problems with reclamations and measures to eliminate duplicates and avoid them in the future (8D, PFMEA, Fishbone, Pareto, ect).
- Drawings creation using AutoCAD
- Reduced amount of scrap and wastes
- Able to work with minimal supervision, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work quickly and accurately with detail, and to deadlines
