Currently, we are looking for an Customer Support Representative (freelance position) who will help one of our loyal clients in overtaking office duties and help them to expand business further, identifying new expansion opportunities.
Job Description:
- Working days: 5 working days / week
- Working hours:
- Monday — Friday 16:00 — 02:00 Kyiv time
Position Duties:
During your working day you will be working with existing client base and schedule appointments for annual technical service of water equipment:
- You will record / process reservations for regular service appointments for existing clients made by phone/email
- Work on inbound (phone) line.
- Maintains high quality of correspondence and accuracy of information input into reservations
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of English (B2+) / Russian (Native, C1) .
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work remotely (!) and be self-managed
- Willingness to work during evening/night hours
- Call centre or Administrator experience is a plus but not a must
