Hello there!

Happy to announce, we are looking for a candidate to join our Order Management Team in ECommerce department.

Order Managment, in general, responsibilities include creating orders per Client's request and enter them in our CRM. This job requires a candidate with detail-oriented, responsible and attentive personality.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for your own order group and you will need to be on top of all orders in there. Given the nature of departments workflow, there no direct communication with the customer only with vendors and your teammates.

Responsibilities

Creating orders and working with existing orders
Updating an order dashboard daily
Reporting back to the Team Lead on daily results
Rush orders per request

Requirements

English knowledge - Upper-intermediate and higher is a MUST.
Taking responsibility for your workload
Being a detail-oriented person
Working in a team
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency with computers, especially Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Familiarity with the company's requirements and standards and acting in acccordance to them
Ability to meet deadlines

Long-termed employment ( 1 year +)
Full-time, office-based
Schedule: Monday Thursday From 16:00 till 01:00 or from 15:00 till 00:00; Friday from 16:00 or 15:00 till 23:00. (Taxi back home is provided by the company.)
Full training on our customized software, company guidelines and work processes.
