Personal Assistant Barcelona Salary: €3000-€3500

Languages: Upper intermediate level of English and Spanish and Ukrainian 

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

 Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 in the office, and the rest of the time - on the phone. Weekend work will also require phone availability.

 Job Description:

 We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Personal Assistant to assist the owner of our company with personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.

 Responsibilities:

 Resolve personal tasks assigned by the company owner

Handle business-related tasks as directed by the employer

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks without requiring further assistance

Requirements:

 Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to take initiative and responsibility

Strong autonomy and independence

Fluent in English and Spanish at an upper intermediate level

Bachelor's degree or higher
