Pharmacy technician

Accountabilities:

Assist in management and control of the medical stock to avoid ruptures, losses and gross overstock of drugs and other supplies and overseeing and monitoring its storage conditions in main pharmacy as well as in mobile clinic stock.
Assist with preparation and approval of order requests on a timely manner.
Collecting data about number of patients and consumption of drugs, support in all related reports.
Improving and following up the monitoring systems in place.
Support donation system in regard of monitoring of drug consumption, stock management and preparing/receiving orders.
Providing programs continuity during supervisors absence and handovers, sharing knowledge of program with incoming staff in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Basic level of English is a must.

The position is full-time and located in Kharkiv.
