Опис вакансії
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive a cross functional team to implement business consulting projects
- Identify C-level clients' issues and business challenges, develop business solutions and provide advices to solve the problems
- Analyze industry/market trends and drivers, support key business initiatives and senior management's decision-making
- Publish points of views on key busienss domains, and deliver speeches on summits or key workshops, establishing thought leadership in the industry
- Build up business consulting methodologies and tools for key business domains
- Coach junior memebers, and transfer knowledge and skills to help build up competence Position requirement:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Telecom, Engineering or technology, MBA or Master degree is plus
- More than 10 years professional experiences in ICT service provider, ISV, Telecom or equipment vendor, consultancy background is preferred
- Own in-depth knowledge in the ICT/Telecommunications/Internet trends and market dynamics, and solid experiences in Business Solution design in Cloud/Data Centre/Digital Transformation/Big Data/Telecom Operation/Telecommunications services and networks
- Have strategic mindset, can see big picture, and have strong capabiities to advise C-level clients
- Good team player, have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Own can-do attitude, eager to to take up challenges, can work independently with necessary guidance and under pressure
- Good command of both English and Russian Location: Kyiv, Ukraine Other requirement : 50% time for business travel
