    We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator. You should apply if you are hard-working, very organized, and have good attention to detail, as well as excellent follow-up and follow-through. You will have opportunity to work collaboratively with the hiring managers and the HR team as well as independently.

    This is an administrative role, providing excellent career development opportunities for the successful candidate, especially if you are interested in recruiting.

    Your duties:

    • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with several hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
    • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and the management team
    • Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding
    • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
    • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
    • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions

    You indefinitely must have:

    • At least 1 year of administrative experience
    • Excellent attention to detail, follow up and follow through 
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)

    Ultimately, you should be able to coordinate our full recruitment cycle and make a significant contribution to our recruiting objectives.
