We are looking for a highly motivated Requirement Engineer to join our growing Apostera team helping us in different aspects of requirements analysis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in requirements engineering or business analysis and have good understanding of technical details. 2+ years of experience either as Requirement Engineer, System Analyst or Business Analyst within complex software systems with a complete understanding of product development cycle and hands-on experience in Agile/Waterfall environment. Skills and Knowledge Required: • Technical skills^
o Customer requirement analysis
o Customer requirement management
o Software requirements analysis
o Software requirements processing
o Support the technical Implementation in respect to requirements and specification
o Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Soft skills
o Advanced English level
o Good Communication skills
o Teamwork and cooperation
o Analytical thinking o Problem solving

o Technical / engineering background
o Automotive background
o PTC Integrity experience
o Git and merge request understanding and experience
o Organize review documents and peer review o ASPICE Methodology
o Good German level o Leadership
Обязанности
Key responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze Customer requirements
• Check Customer requirements consistency
• Interact with RMS for Customer requirements processing
• Clarify, agree, and baseline Customer requirements
• Interact with experts for Sofware requirements development
• Interact with internal Apostera GIT based tools for Sofware requirements development
• Write and verify Sofware requirements
• Review Project requirements document
