Компания «FOINS Blockchain LLC» ищет Руководителя Engineering & Operations, который должен будет выступать в качестве ключевого специалиста-участника глобальной исполнительной команды и будет отвечать за работу и развитие украинского предприятия, включая все его проекты в сфере СЕО и Блокчейн.

Обязанности:

- Планирование и управление процессом разработки ПО, включая Software, Blockchain Tech, Business Development, IT Ops, Venture Capital и Finance.

- Обучение и Управление командой разработчиков (постановка задач, контроль исполнения, планирование ресурсов)

Требования:

- Опыт работы в сети Блокчейн

- Реальный опыт руководства командой разработчиков (от 5 человек)

- Нацеленность на результат, самодисциплина, ответственность

- Умение грамотно документировать разработку

- Умение четко и понятно ставить задачи, объяснять и мотивировать

- Знание методологий управления кодом, основных алгоритмов и структур данных

- Грамотная работа с инвесторами, включая их поиск.

- Возможность самостоятельно решать проблемы

- Возможность частого выезда в командировки для участия в семинарах, в переговорных процессах с инвесторами и т.д.

FOINS is looking for a PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING & OPERATIONS for a new global Fintech / Blockchain venture headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine

The President of Engineering & Operations will serve as a key member of the global executive team and will be responsible for the Ukraine venture and all projects under it. You will be expected to not only run a world-class organization but to also run operations across a variety of disciplines including Software, Blockchain Tech, Business Development, IT Ops, Venture Capital and Finance.

You will be expected to be able to hire, coach and manage 1-5 Senior Vice Presidents within the first months only, who will run the company’s global projects with quantifiable business impact. You must continuously improve the quality of your teams and in the first year you will directly manage a power team of 1-5 people (hired by you) which will manage projects involving more than 100 people through our network of partners/subcontractors. You will leverage your personal technical background and experience in order to evaluate project milestones.

You will be expected to be results-oriented, independent and an expert at goal setting. The expectation is to drive significant levels of value and productivity from your organization. Unless otherwise, you will have full autonomy to tackle the problems needed to be solved.

You and your team must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English and must be able to travel often for:

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics of Physics (MS or PhD preferred)
• - 3+ years of management experience leading multiple teams across multiple products and technologies
• - Proven track record of taking products or services from idea to launch
• - Ability to solve problems independently
• - Results oriented
• - Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight
• - Blockchain experience
• - Excellent reputation verifiable online and professional presence

• - MBA
• - Open innovation experience; strategic partnerships, investment identification, M&A
• - Demonstrated success creating and executing innovation strategies, resulting in new products, services or business models
• - Strong understanding of research methods, insights development, competitive assessment and financial analysis
• - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• - Advanced blockchain hands-on experience
• - Network of blockchain-related connections

• - Manage a team of 1-5 SVPs
• - Ensure the partners / subcontractors deliver the projects on time
• - Setup a Venture Capital fund to find and develop projects to enrich the blockchain ecosystem
• - Attend Public Relations and Investor Relations events
• - Attend global conferences in the Fintech / Blockchain domain as an audience member or jury member
• - Organize local and global conferences in the Fintech / Blockchain domain
• - Organize startup contests and evaluate potential investment opportunities
