Your profile:
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Detailed knowledge of SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management) and ideally interface know-how to other SAP applications (Proxy, ALE, IDoc)
- Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
- Basic experience in SAP SuccessFactors (LMS), ideally, Employee Central or Learning Management
- Willingness to travel: around 10% (this would be approx. 20 days a year)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- German would be desirable
Your responsibilities:
- Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding interfaces for a Global HR System (e.g. OM-Data into and PA-data from SuccessFactors Employee Central)
- In case of problems, coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with different business departments and other stakeholders
- Serving as a part of the 2nd/3rd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
- Enhancing the operations and support of a team for our global SuccessFactors Learning Management instances. In both cases you will be responsible for the analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
- Preparation, execution and documentation of developer tests and programming solutions
- Performing feasibility checks and cost estimations for change requests as well as implementation of change requests
- Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
