A UK fast growing company located in London with a tailored made solution mostly for European market. Company’s offer is an international product, a ready-made financial and legal solution. Employer in active search for Senior Project Manager with experience in Digital activity
Required Skills:
High Level Education (Master Degree) with advanced English for day-to-day communication with Director, UK colleagues and Clients via email, chats, and phone;
Previous experience of working as Senior Project Manager or in Re-engineering leading position - minimum 3 years in Digital activity as dematerialization or workflow re-engineering or client onboarding flow ;
Highly scrupulous and attentive to details in presenting documents & reporting ;
Having analytical skills and logic way of thinking to work as independent unit - ability to collect, track & analyze large amounts of data ;
Good PC user (Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat, VPN).
What you will be doing:
- Collecting & analyzing data, making researches to fulfill the received tasks ;
- Creating procedures (writing technical briefs & docs, making tables, graphical charts) ;
- Dealing with different payments and bank accounts orders ;
- Everyday communication with Director and UK colleagues : writing emails, establish and maintain communication via phone and instant messengers ;
- Dealing with daily managerial workflow & key reporting to the General Director.
