If you would like to be a part of Nokia, we offer you position of Solution Specialist - IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS).
Main Responsibility Area: to provide Sales Support to Regional SSM and CTs as member of Global Sales Support (GSS) through standard solutions and offer material (SoCs, Configuration, standard pricing, solution description writing).
The role demands
Deep understanding of Mobile Core network and Fixed core networks of operators
Thorough Knowledge of IMS architecture and related concepts of Softswitch, Media Gateways, Resource servers, Access gateways, and signaling gateway technology with clear overview of overall network architecture.
Clear and deep understanding of protocols like SIP/SDP/Megaco etc.
A source of expertise for Nokia Converged Core FMC/IMS portfolio.
Understanding communication service provider / operator needs. Can propose technical solution. Matching customer needs with Nokia products/systems/services and translating solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits.
Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical parts of tenders, and prepare solution and IRP pricing for Nokia IMS network technology.
Hands-on experience on Nokia IMS product portfolio will have added advantage
No interaction with end customer is required
To perform the above-mentioned responsibilities, you need to meet the following requirements:
Education background: Engineering graduate in telecommunication and electronics
Experience of 5-8 years in IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) technology area
Customer Business Understanding
Strong technical skills
Solution Writing, Bid management
Telecom Solution writing
Proposal management
Personal network
Microsoft tools proficiency
Fluency in English and Russian Language
