UKEESS Software House is currently looking for a Middle Java Developer for the full-time position in Lviv, Ukraine to join the company's ambitious and life-changing projects.

About our Client and Project:

Our project is the world's largest DNA network in the world and helping people find the singular story in their DNA. The foundation of service is an extensive collection of billions of digital records, documents and digitized DNA combined with modern search technologies, tools, and collaboration features. All that enabled more than two million subscribers to create over 16 billion historical records, along with millions of DNA results to make meaningful discoveries.

Requirements:

At least 2+ years of commercial experience in Java 8+
Strong knowledge and experience with MySQL or SQL Server
Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns
Spring, Reactive Spring
Tomcat, Jetty, Netty
IDE: IntelliJ
Maven, Groovy.
CI/CD: Jenkins
English: Intermediate+

Will be a big plus:

Non-blocking I/O
An acquaintance in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Agile methodologies and software development life cycles
