Insoftex is looking for a highly-motivated and well-organized Talent Manager with experience in HR and recruiting operations to join our core team and play a key role in forming a pleasant and trusted corporate culture and contributing to the company growth.
This is a full-time permanent position. Flexible hours, work-from-home are possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborating with delivery management (and if needed, with clients) to plan and boost employee satisfaction and retention
- Partnering with delivery management to allocate engineers to projects and plan next assignments for employees
- Mastering team composition and details of our open positions
- Evaluating applicants, screening qualified candidates and fitting them to right positions
- Onboarding newcomers, conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with employees
- Employee career planning, mastering their personal development plans
- Managing company benefits, measuring their effectiveness, and recommending improvements
- Preparing company monthly newsletter, populating corporate messages in social media, helping build an impressive employer brand
- Be ambassador of the company values
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a relevant field of study;
- 1+ year of working experience in HR, talent management in IT company
- Understanding of recruiting processes and resource planning
- Understanding of public relations and SMM
- Outstanding communication, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in providing feedback, leading one-on-one meetings, engaging individuals and groups of people
- Ability to operate within a busy and changing work environment with efficient multitasking and time management
- Able to work autonomously with minimal direction and high level of personal drive, love for challenge, and initiative
- Charming personality, high level of teamwork and networking
- Good spoken and written English (B2 or higher)
