Requirements:
6 months to 1 years experience in IT recruiting
Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques
Knowledge of various recruiting tools (LinkedIn, work.ua, Robota, iAgora, hh.ua, jobs.ua, jobble, GRC, etc.)
Expertise in social media - Write job descriptions, create & manage job posts, follow Hashtags, join related Communities, be part of relevant Groups, etc.
Professional level of English
High communication and negotiation skills
Analytical skills and attention to details
Thinking out of the box ability
Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Ukraine
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media platforms, hiring platforms, etc
Prepare recruitment materials, publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and other relevant digital platforms.
Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of the Workfall team
