• FSMs conventions conducting in Kiev, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, etc.
• HE FSMs product training, on-spot trainings conduction.
• Analyzing of monthly sales dynamic in key product groups (LCD) in KA chains. Forming proposals for ways of improvement.
• Competitor activity analysis (co-promotions, incentive programs, POS materials) and new products analysis.
• DCP organization ("Detractor changing program" - loyalty programs) for FSMs: mini-football championship, bowling, etc.
• HE staff training programs developing.
• Co-promotion control.
Targets and objectives of the National trainer.
• National Trainer is solely responsible for the knowledge of the product, as a regional trainer, and HE promoters.
• National Trainer undertake the control knowledge of the regional trainer, check his work (the quality of the training), performance of tasks for a month.
• National Trainer sets targets to regional trainer for the month / week.
• National Trainer corrects the plans of the regional trainers and makes adjustments, if necessary.
• National Trainer conducts convention on TV direction, educational trainings for regional promoters and trainers.
• National trainer must know thoroughly LG product and competitors' products.

• TV/AV product category manager's technical informational support
• Proofreader request (Verification manual translation of TV/AV product's)
