Operation control for production site (over 900 people). Start up and transferring operation from Lviv plant to Vinnitsa region
Manages daily operating results (Safety, labor efficiency, machine downtime, scrap, variable overhead expense, delivery), analyzes variance, and initiates corrective and improvements activity
Achieve the financial objectives established by the top management
Lead the efforts of the management staff to achieve objectives linked to costs, timely and complete deliveries to the customer, quality and excellence manufacturing. Trains employees to “see” opportunities and empower them to make changes
Cascading the Corporate Business Goals and plant goals into department goals and individual goals for the operations team, establish process indicators
Cost responsibility for overhead and structure in Plant. Set-up Budget & three month forecast. Controlling cost and results, recognizing of cost reduction potential
Identify, support, and facilitate Kaizen events in support of operational objectives
Manages employee performance and assists employees through coaching, mentoring, training and the administration of annual performance reviews.
Achievements
Plant development: HC increase from 50 to 900 persons. Transfer 50% of production assets from Lviv to Vinnitsa region
Manage operation profit within the budget with 15% positive gap
Creating positive company image within region to assure good hiring process and low turnover
Assistance to external clients in creating or improving business processes to accelerate OE/HSE, OpEx, and CapEx performance. Management of complex and long-term projects to external clients alone or as a leader/member of a team of consultants
Conducting management systems evaluations, comparing client’s actual performance to DuPont or benchmark criteria for achieving excellence
Preparing written reports, which meet quality and timing standards
Developing, with the client, a prioritized action plan based on the evaluation findings
Delivering various implementation assistance services, training, developing procedures, transfer DuPont knowledge into solutions for the client, etc.

Start and finish project for plant erection (“Greenfield project” in Brovary area). Project design, infrastructure, plant erection and commissioning. Financial control and support from Project manager, Austria
Operation control for two production sites (co-packing with two local partners) till the moment the plant operation start
Supply chain process development for future plant. Searching for raw material suppliers and contracting
Daily plant operation control. Ensure the plant produces safely, per plan and within budget and specifications. Leading the Corrective Actions.

Managing warehouse inventory: 2000 sq. meters

Supplying finish material to market company. 75K ton per year
Startup of an assembling line: equipment transfer &installation with French counterparts
Coach, train, manage and motivate production supervisors
Management of day-to-day plant line and logistic operations
Planning & budgeting. Operating within ERP system (Navision) to complete all daily and monthly production goals and reporting
Quality control and maintenance of company standards in coordination with quality department
Coordinate production and maintenance activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, material and equipment
Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safe production of high quality products within specification
Maintaining and ensuring a routine preventive maintenance plan for all equipment
Management of people and processes. Staffing & people development
Fully accountable for making sure the Quality Management System is functioning in an effective and efficient manner
Development and increase of Total Quality concepts in all directions: involving all chain links supplier/customer. Achieving quality KPI (Key Performance Indicators) by application of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) project
Assist in the development and maintenance of company procedures for material control, BOM management, change management, risk management, process validation, control plans and all other related areas of the quality management system
Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, procedure effectiveness and performance metrics using evaluation tools with a passion driving continuous improvement
Work with foreign raw material suppliers in development projects. Production trials for new products and raw materials
Manage external customer relationships, complaints, regulatory, visits and audits. (ISO: 9001, HACCP, FDA, BRC).
Manage, train and develop the QA Department employees and direct all quality and housekeeping functions

Kaizen methodology and tools implementation at plant within World Class Manufacturing project from the very beginning to the sustainable level
