M2E provides unique solutions for businesses working with the biggest marketplaces — eBay, Amazon, Walmart.

If you want to be a part of a team developing our own hub for eCommerce services and make a valuable contribution to the creation of the High Load project — join us!

We are looking for a talented person to hold a position of Account Manager.

What we expect from candidate:

Fluent English (both spoken and written)
communication skills: to onboard customers on a value they can get from our solution
analytical skills: to evaluate the information and decompose it into details
attention to details and tenacity
quick logical thinking
a challenging and inquiring mind

It might be an advantage if you have:

experience as a customer support agent (or similar - sales, content writer)
experience in conducting negotiations
understanding of eCommerce (eBay/Amazon/Walmart) area

Responsibilities:

work closely with new clients along with supporting existing customers and projects
prepare individual plans of product implementation for the customers
lead solution promotion and client training sessions
build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
proactively monitor news and updates of eBay, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplaces
collaborate closely with technical support team
