Company Description:

We are seeking a talented Affiliate Manager with strong marketing and people skills to join our team! This is a full-time long-term job in Tallinn, Estonia. We consider candidates willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue

Lead projects to further develop the affiliate platform

Actively pursue new partnership opportunities, meeting monthly targets

Conducting warm and cold calls to help develop new affiliate relationships

Auditing new publisher accounts and domains for quality

Maintaining daily interaction with numerous affiliates via phone, Skype, and email

Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a way that will maximize revenue

Participate in industry events and keep updated on know how trends

Requirements:

Two (2) years of Online Marketing experience

Two (2) years of Affiliate Manager experience (preferably in the online industry)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Self-starter and comfortable working in a team environment

Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships

Strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry concepts and terms

Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment

General/cursory knowledge of HTML/JavaScript is a plus
