We are looking for candidates to join our team in Kyiv in the following position:
For this challenging position we are looking for a colleague with:
- fluent Romanian language
- willingness to move to Poland
- good command of English essential for using system,
- open mind for developing in international teams,
- communicative, precise and solutions competences focused,
- customer orientation:)
We are looking for candidates, who after the training, will be responsible for:
- being the first point contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flight’s schedule, route and date of the flight and the booking system,
- making outbound calls regarding departure times, reservations and other matters related to airlines operations,
- supporting customers through the complaint process,
- operating flight booking service,
- knowledge of the Russian language at an advanced level knowledge of the Romanian language at an advanced level or fluent knowledge of English at a high level
