Fast-growing, US-based company looking for Content Moderator.
Full-time remote job. Timely payment and cool management.
— Prevent payment fraud and content abuse with real-time machine learning.
— A machine watching out for suspicious activity 24/7.
— Just like you we are constantly evolving and are ready to respond to niche-specific abuse by developing custom learning algorithms.
Main requirements:
— Attention, concentration, common sense in decision making.
— Advanced written and speaking English, full command of the language, B1 level;
— More than 1 year of experience in digital, online communication with clients (chats, e-mails, phone).
— Basic knowledge of web interface functionality structure;
— At least 40 working hours per week;
— Possibility of extra coverage (evening hours, night and weekend shifts).
— Dealing with a different type of content: text, photo, video, audio files;
— Preventing the occurrence of inappropriate data.
— Inform clients about peculiarities/details of rejection (via email).
— Show a positive attitude and outstanding self-discipline skills.
— Daily covering at least 8 hours shift;
— Evening/night shifts (with extra payment) and weekend coverage.
