Who we’re looking for:
We are currently accepting applications and seeking self-motivated, upbeat, professional, friendly individuals to join our fast-paced Customer Support team.
Job responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable answers to customers inquiries regarding products via mails, chats and social media channels, calls.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Assist clients on order online.
Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service.
Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
Qualifications and skills:
6+ months experience in Sales / Customer Support / Social Media Moderation / Telemarketing or any related field.
E-commerce experience preferred but not required.
CRM experience preferred.
Fluent German proficiency.
Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.
Attention to details, multitasking, time management, follow up.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
Fresh Graduates with German language are also welcomed to apply!
