Koncha Solutions Ltd we are one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the financial industry. Currently, we are recruiting upbeat, driven, and motivated individuals for the position of Multilingual Customer Support Representatives in Kyiv.
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives who want to build a career in the industry. You will be joining a company expanding in many countries around the world. We will be glad to discuss the opportunity with you.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively managing the company chats, E-mails and calls
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs
- Receiving and handling inquiries from clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails
- Offer support to the clients within the specified time frame
- Updating CRM and keeping records of all communications and action taken
- Follow up with clients and schedule call backs
- Communication with other departments
- Follow standard procedures
Requirements
- Native/Fluent English Speaker
- Second Language – Ex. French, Polish, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic – A must
- Experience and understanding in VOIP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Dynamic and target oriented
- Ambitious and highly self–motivated
- Professional phone manner
- Obligatory to work on a weekly rotating shift (7:00am-3:00pm/3:00pm-11:00pm/11:00pm-7:00am)
