Описание вакансии
We are looking for a Customer Support team member for our Lviv office.
Person will closely collaborate with drivers in the US and dispatchers and will be responsible for various operational tasks for our team brokers, including making sure loads are picked up and delivered as required.
Responsibilities:
Entering data to the transportation management system
Making/answering phone calls
Communicating and sending info to the drivers (calling drivers for updates)
Providing updates to the brokers
Skills:
At least intermediate English level is a MUST
A keen eye for detail
Ability to learn and react fast
Ability to interact, in a professional manner with drivers and other employees;
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 3 pm till 1am local time (taxi back home is covered)
