Orthodontic Experts - is a orthodontic practice with a big amount of clinics in USA and call-center in Lviv.
We are looking for English Customer Care Representative!

Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English;
- Responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to learn quickly
- Willingness to work 4pm-1am
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to patients via phone
- Resolving patients issues
- Scheduling appointments
- Registration patients information in a database
- No cold calls (!)
! No previous experience required but would be a plus :)
